Cape Cod Museum of Natural History 2009 Annual Appeal

2009 Annual Appeal

Dear Friends,

The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History’s season is coming to a close and we want to share a few 2009 successes with you:

  • More than 170 volunteers a week helped run the Museum this Summer;
  • We had over 40,000 visitors this year, an increase of 25% over 2008;
  • We have over 1,600 “Fans” on our Facebook just launched in July;
  • We had 41,394 visitors to our Web site in 2008… and we’ve already surpassed that number for 2009;
  • We won regional first place awards by fans voting in contests sponsored by Cape Cod Life magazine, New England Cable News (NECN), and the Community Newspaper Company
