THE NATURALIST - In the 1970s, the 1980s and into the 1990s the Museum published a magazine, THE NATURALIST. Many well-known naturalists contributed articles for this periodical, for instance John Hay,Donald Schall, Robert Prescott, Robert Oldale, et al. An author and subject index has been created for this important collection. The magazines and the index are currently available at the Library. Putting the index and the magazine articles themselves on our web-site is under way.
VERTICAL FILE - As well as books, magazines and DVDs, the Library maintains a large collection of pamphlets, and articles related to natural history, climate change, etc. These are available in a file cabinet located behind the circulation desk. The following is an index of the subjects of available materials. Plans are under way to put a list of these articles on line, as well.
