“Putting it on the Table”, a local food series at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History takes a bite out of Summertime Lobster! Cape Cod is famous for its seaside dining and this crustacean is the single biggest delight of many locals and visitors alike. You can boil it, steam it, bake stuff it, whip it up in a salad and put it on a toasted roll.
Learn all about this favorite food from the lobster boat to the plate presented by Beth Casoni, Associate Executive Director of the Massachusetts Lobstermen's Association. Beth is a pro-active participant in many areas involving the commercial fishing industry with her primary focus on the commercial lobster industry. As the Executive Director for the Massachusetts Lobstermen’s Association, Beth is the boots on the ground representative for the fishermen and will always give them the shore side support needed to ensure their continued success on the water.
