Friends Membership Form

The Friends meet monthly, October through June, and provide interesting programs and speakers. Membership dues are $15 for single membership or $25 for a couple for each calendar year. Sign up for Friends of the Museum membership and pay online below, or you may download the Application here and mail it with your check (made out to the Friends of CCMNH) to:
