Summertime Oysters Walk, Talk & Taste!

“Putting it on the Table”, a local food series at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History takes a bite out of Summertime Oysters with Big Rock Oyster Company!  Founded by Aaron Brochu on a grant from the town of Dennis, MA, the company grows oysters in aquatrays on the tidal flats located off Crow's Pasture. CCMNH will take our PIOTT participants on a naturalist guided walk through the marsh, over Wing Island, cross over Quivet Creek at low tide to meet Brochu and his farmers for an informative and entertaining tour of Big Rock. Raw Bar Tasting included!
